How to Claim Your Prize

All winners must cross‑check their ticket numbers against the official results published in the Kerala Government Gazette. The Gazette is released electronically on the Department’s website and in printed form at designated government offices. Once verified, the ticket holder has a 90‑day window to surrender the original ticket at any authorized lottery outlet.

Bring a valid photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, or passport).
Fill out the claim form provided by the outlet.
The Department will verify the ticket’s authenticity and process the payout within 15 working days.

Failure to claim the prize within the stipulated period results in the amount reverting to the State Treasury, as per the Lottery Act. The Department also reminds participants that selling, transferring, or tampering with the ticket voids any claim.
